DELIVERY POLICY
All of Practitioner Technologies Products are, as standard, delivered as virtual products, however physical media may be ordered as an optional extra.
DIGITAL DELIVERY OF VERTUAL PRODUCTS
After ordering online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order details to the email address recorded in your shopping cart account login masterfile detail. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your download link for your purchased product via email within a few minutes. For Interactive Workpapers products your software license Pin/s (access code/s) will be included in the download link email. Cashdata software requires download and installation first before keying an authentication code. PHYSICAL MEDIA
Supply of Physical Media is an optional extra available for all products.
After ordering online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order details to the email address recorded in your shopping cart account login master file record. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. All Physical media is manufactured for the specific order. We will attempt to send your goods via surface post within five working days; however if there is a manufacturing delay delivery will take a little longer.
