REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Practitioner Technologies provides demonstration software without time constraints for users to thoroughly examine the performance and usability of all of our products prior to any investment decision.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and require a refund, the required process is to submit a request for refund of the software purchase form together with an accompanying original declaration attesting to the removal or erasure of the software from any computer or backups and also retuning any physical media at your expense to Practitioner Technologies within 90 days of purchase.
Please email us at sales@practech .com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems and send you the process documents.
